Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
When you buy Traz products, you become part of our family and we want to ensure that you love what you get. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days.
How to Initiate a Return Request:
Contact our customer support at tarztradesolutions@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return, the reason for the return, plus your order number, address, and full name along with original receipt or other proof of purchase. Any claim outside the 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
There Are A Few Certain Scenarios Where It Is Difficult for Us to Support Returns
- Return request are initiated outside the specific period, i.e., after 7 days of items delivery.
- Items on Flash Sale/ Promotion/ Combo sets/ Gift Hampers.
- Items must be in new condition, unworn/unused. Please ensure returned items are packaged securely, in original condition with all tags attached, as we cannot accept damaged/lost returns.
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Process After the Return Request Is Accepted:
- Once We Receive the Returned Product From You, We Will Do The Needful Quality Check.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost, currency conversion costs and any associated bank fees or commissions incurred resulting from the reimbursement wire transfer.
- Refund amount (the purchase price excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit/debit statement according to your credit card company.
- Your personal information will be protected according to our Privacy Policy process your refund or return.
Cancellation Policy:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
